Gwenco Metal Fabricating is located minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport in the heart of one of the largest shipping hubs in the world, allowing us to efficiently and cost-effectively provide custom roll formed products to manufacturers throughout the United States.
We specialize in high-volume jobs, and our full-service shop has the wide selection of interchangeable equipment and standard tooling that gives us the flexibility to meet any custom need while keeping costs low. At the same time, our JIT program ensures our clients receive their parts when they need them.
Our facility includes:
- Roll forming machines for continuous roll forming of ductile metals from .015” to .179” thick, with coil widths from 0.500” to 7”
- 65-ton punch press capacity
- Spot welding capability
- Pines benders for bending stamped or roll-formed parts
